Simple rules for a fair service

1. Use of Service

• Permissions: We provide this tool "as-is" for personal, professional, and commercial use.
• No Automation: You may not use scripts, bots, or automated scrapers to access the service without an Enterprise API agreement.
• Prohibited Acts: Do not attempt to reverse engineer the editor, bypass security measures, or intentionally overload our infrastructure.
• Content Rights: You must own or have the legal right to the images you upload. We are not responsible for copyright infringements caused by user uploads.

2. Processing & Content Ownership

• Ownership: You retain 100% ownership of your original and edited images. We claim no rights to your work.
• Temporary License: By using the tool, you grant us a narrow, technical license to process your images solely to deliver the edited result back to you.
• Data Disposal: Images are processed in-memory. We do not store, archive, or use your images for any purpose beyond the immediate editing task.

3. Availability & Service Limits

We aim for 100% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Change file size limits or feature availability based on server load.
• Modify or discontinue features to maintain system stability.
• Restrict access to users who violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Payments & Support

• Donations: Contributions are voluntary "tips" to help keep the service free. They do not constitute a purchase of goods or services.
• Refunds: Since the tool is free to use and donations are voluntary, they are generally non-refundable.
• Enterprise: Specific terms for high-volume usage are handled via separate Enterprise agreements with Easy Image Editor.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Easy Image Editor provides tools without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Yerevan, Armenia.

7. Updates to Terms

We may update these rules as the tool evolves. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
